If you find a fragrance offensive or unappealing chances are will not work as well as one your enjoy the smell of. Simply add two or three drops of your chosen essential oil to an ounce of liquid lanolin and apply to the affected area.

If natural options do not interest you there are also many non prescription and prescription ointments or topical cream that you may find useful. For these options it is best to talk to your pharmacist or doctor. Again which treatment that is chosen will greatly depend on the type and severity of your acne scarring. Surgical or laser options should be a last resort.
